Method workshop (exclusive to sm)
Most people are good strategic thinkers, but are not always aware of the principles behind it (much like the difference between speaking fluent English and explaining the rules of grammar). Awareness of those principles is the key to evaluating, communicating and designing strategies. It allows all members of the organisation to contribute to a strategy as an integrated whole.
sm provide a one day workshop to create a common awareness of the principles. $2,750 for up to 10 participants.
Review (exclusive to sm)
sm provide a service to define, document, analyse and evaluate your existing strategy. The purpose it to assist you to make decisions on retaining or improving it. This includes preparation of a strategy map, based on the methods of the Illustrated Guide to Strategy, by Tony Robinson. From $1,850.

Design (exclusive to sm)
Strategy can not be static. Competitors appear, Boards, CEOs, times, and expectations change.
sm provides a strategy design and development service. The scale of the task will vary. Clients must have attended a method workshop and undergone a review prior to any design work. From $1,850.
Planning and design (exclusive to sm)
sm will assist you through facilitation of planning and design sessions. From $1,850 per day.
Business processes
All businesses have processes. To improve them it greatly helps to document them using a common language. It also helps to have experience and knowledge of processes adopted by others, creativity, and a good understanding of the design process. Starting at $110 per hour.

sm can conduct management reviews in to many aspects of business. These may relate to efficiency and effectiveness, compliance, risk, project reviews and other matters. Talk to us and we will tell you honestly if we can help. Fees vary.
We are particularly interested in internal policies, their effectiveness, clarity and simplicity. Often internal policies are not complied with because they lack those qualities. We can conduct a management review and provide an assessment. We would consider various factors including:
