For project work outside of our packaged services, we will provide a quotation.
For our packaged services we have flat fees as shown in services. These apply within limits. For example, to work well, our workshops are best limited to about 10 people. If you have a larger group, or your task is particularly complex, we would review the flat fee. The following additional charges may also apply.
Venue
Where you ask us to obtain a venue, we will find one and book it in your name, and ensure all the arrangements are made professionally. We will charge you a small fee. Contracts and payment arrangements will be directly between you and the venue provider.
Support
Where your matter involves a large group of people, or has other complexity, it may be necessary for a support person to be engaged by sm. That will be an additional fixed price.
Travel
Some preliminary work can be done remotely, but our services inevitably require face to face discussions. Where you are located more than one hour’s drive from Canberra we will have to charge travel costs.
